Stow-on-the-Wold, has an extensive range of antique shops (and a Tesco supermarket!)
Bourton-on-the-Water - Model Village, Birdland and other attractions and close by the picturesque villages of Upper and Lower Slaughter.

National Trust properties locally include Chastleton House (2½ miles), Snowshill Manor, near Broadway and Hidcote Gardens near Chipping Campden.

There are at least five golf courses in the area.

For the children - Cotswold Farm Park at Guiting Power, Burford Wild Life Park, Broadway Tower, Shire Horse Centre near Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick Castle.

Eating Out

There are some good pubs and restaurants within easy reach. These include The Farriers Arms, Todenham (2.5 miles), The Fox and Hounds, Great Wolford (1.5 miles) and The Red Lion Inn, Little Compton (2 miles), as well as a wide selection in Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden, Chipping Norton and Shipston-on-Stour.
