The Cottage

You enter Bakers Farm Cottage through a half glazed door. To the right is a cloakroom and on your left a utility room with a washer/dryer.

Ahead of you is the kitchen with a door to the enclosed garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern pine units, four ring hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal unit, fridge and freezer. It is a light airy room measuring 16'4" x 14'5", with a pine table that seats 6.

	Up two steps to the sitting room with exposed beams. This room is again large and airy, 18'10" x 16'5". It has an open fireplace, comfortable sofa and two armchairs, TV, video and a pay phone.
Up one more step to the hall. The first bedroom is a single. The next bedroom is a double with bathroom off. This bathroom also has a door from the hall. The largest bedroom is a twin with an en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have showers over the bath. Duvets, linen and towels are provided. There is full central heating and logs are provided.
	Outside there is a good sized enclosed garden, safe for children and pets (by agreement), with a paved patio and garden chairs and BBQ. To the side there is an open fronted garage and a gravel parking area.
